From insight to action

Understand your result.
Put it to work.

A test is most useful when it helps you decide what to do next. Here is the experience we are building.

01 · Choose

Start with a goal

Pick a skill to practise or a work-style question to explore. Read what the assessment covers before you begin.

02 · Understand

See the useful detail

Get a basic result that explains your performance or preferences. Skill results will show the topics worth practising.

03 · Act

Make your next move

Use the feedback to choose your next exercise, learning task or reflection. Optional paid resources will have clear prices.

Questions, answered

Before you begin.

Can I take a test today?

Not yet. The Excel basics assessment is our first development pilot. This site currently shows the library and the experience we are preparing.

What will be free?

The planned model includes free test-taking and useful basic feedback. The Excel pilot is planned as a free practice test.

Will I need to buy a report?

Paid resources will be optional. You will see what they include and their price before deciding to purchase. Checkout is not active today.

Will the Excel result prove my proficiency?

The first pilot samples a small set of Excel topics. It will provide practice feedback, not a validated proficiency level or an official certificate.

Are you affiliated with employers or test providers?

The Job Tests is an independent project. Our practice resources do not reproduce or claim to be an employer’s official assessment.

Can personality results diagnose a condition?

No. Work-style tools are for self-reflection and development, not clinical diagnosis.
