Different tools, clear purposes
Skills practice checks answers to concrete questions. Self-reflection tools describe response patterns across separate dimensions. We explain these purposes so that a practice score is not confused with a personality description or a clinical assessment.
The free Excel basics pilot and 43 self-reflection questionnaires are available with visual feedback and relevant learning materials. 41 are original educational questionnaires; Big Five and Self-Esteem identify their public-domain sources and scoring. Seven restricted instrument shells stay locked. Original questionnaires have not been psychometrically validated, and independent expert review is not claimed. Purchases are not open.
Clear about what a result means
We will explain the scope of each test and the limits of its feedback. A short practice test cannot guarantee a hiring outcome, and a personality result cannot provide a clinical diagnosis.
Our content and scoring checks
We check response ranges, reverse-keyed items, missing-answer rules and the explanations beside each result. Software checks do not establish scientific validity; we state that distinction wherever it matters.

Free workplace skills practice
Practise Excel intermediate, Business English, SQL basics, numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning. Each original set contains 12 questions, with four questions in each of three topics and one point per correct answer. Reports include every worked answer, topic feedback and a free seven-day guide. These short samples are not certificates, validated ability levels or hiring recommendations.
Progress saving is optional and stores only skill names, dates and scores in your browser with a 30-day expiry. Expired entries are removed when you open the dashboard or a skills result. Reflection profiles are not included.
